A Jiu Jitsu Purple Belt that has over 6 years of experience. He created the YouTube channel Less Impressed More Involved BJJ to stay up to date with the latest trends in Jiu Jitsu.
Mike Bocon
A former Police Officer & wrestling coach with over 10 years of law enforcement & private security experience. He's a blue belt under the Carlos Gracie lineageSchedule

What should I wear to class?
We train No-Gi. Feel free to wear comfortable and flexible shorts or sweatpants with a t-shirt or rashguard. If wearing spats, shorts are required to be worn over them. T-shirt or rashguard required.

What about personal hygiene?
Shower using antibacterial/antifungal soap before and after class.This is required to prevent foul odors and helps to reduce the chances of developing Ringworm/Staph or other skin infections. Fingernails must be trimmed to minimize scratches. Use of deodorant and brushing your teeth before class is strongly recommended.

Is there a minimum age for children to train?
Children 10 and over are welcome to train.
